A two-year-old male Rothschild Giraffe called Century has arrived from Longleat Safari Park. It is hoped that he will be joined by a female to form a new breeding pair for the European Breeding Programme for this, the second most endangered of Giraffe sub-species. |

A pair of Fennec Foxes have arrived. The male, Ascarii, came from the Czech Republic and the female, Mali, came from Augsburg Zoo in Germany. They will remain off-show for the next few months while they undergo their quarantine period. |

Spring births include: 4 Przewalski foals, 4 Markhor lambs, 1 Urial lamb, and a second Mishmi Takin calf. The Red Deer herd has also started to calf. |
