Description
Cruckley Farm is set in the heart of rural east Yorkshire, close to the Wolds, and is a real, working family farm. Visitors therefore have the opportunity to see behind the scenes of daily and seasonal farming activities. The Farm is home to around 50 varieties of Horses, Sheep, Donkeys, Cows, Pigs, Oxen, Goats, Chickens, Ducks, Turkeys, Ornamental Waterfowl and even farm Cats and Dogs. Many of these are of rare breeds: Cruckley has been approved by the Rare Breeds Survival Trust since 1994, and is so far the only farm in East Yorkshire to have achieved this.
Cruckley Farm also provides rare breed animals and vintage farm machinery to the TV and film industry, having bred and trained all of the animals themselves.
