Description
A delightful collection of birds (including peacocks, rheas, parrots, owls, macaws, pheasants), and animals (including donkeys, goats, rabbits, pot-bellied pigs, and deer) of special interest to families and young children. These are all housed in a beautiful woodland setting with a nature trail.

How To Get There:
By Car
From Glasgow:
Take M8, and then A8 through Port Glasgow and Greenock. Continue onto A770 through Gourock towards Wemyss Bay and Largs. Turn right to take Clyde - Argyll ferry to Hunter's Quay. On Leaving the ferry, turn left onto A815 Marine Parade into Dunoon. Turn right into Kirn Brae, then continue onto Ardenslate Road. Turn right, then right again onto A885 Sandbank Road. Cowal Bird Garden will then be on the right.
From Loch Lomond area:
Take A82, then A83 toward Inveraray (signposted Campbeltown). Turn left onto A815 toward Dunoon. Follow A815 into Sandbank. Fork right onto A885. Cowal Bird Garden will then be on the left after about 1 mile.
